Actress Hayden Panettiere died last month at age 36 from taking a single fentanyl-laced oxycodone pill, TMZ reported Monday morning.The outlet cited multiple law enforcement sources, who they said confirmed that Panettiere “had a ‘long time drug dealer’ in Los Angeles, who was providing her several black-market prescription drugs, including oxycodone.”TMZ reported that the actress is believed to have taken several drugs the day before her death and the oxycodone pill the morning she died.“We’re told the DEA in Los Angeles is actively piecing together the relationship between Hayden and her drug dealer, attempting to trace the fatal pill back to him,” TMZ reported.
